ich hatte ja bereits anfang des Jahres einen Post
dazu gemacht, welche Bücher ich so vorbestellt habe
oder überlege vorzubestellen.
Ich dachte heute wäre es mal Zeit für ein kleines Update.

and the nickname „Red. She is plagued by nightmares that she
doesn’t understand, but the Once Upon a Time fans will recognize them as
her wolf side coming out. Red balances the difficult times with Granny at home and the girls at school with an emerging and satisfying romance with Peter.

Ich bin ja ein bekennder Fan der Serie. Besonders eigentlich von Rumplestiltskin und Belle,
aber auch Ruby hat es mir angetan und ich fand es schade, dass die Schauspielerin sich
nach Staffel 2 einem anderen Projekt zugewandt hat. Zwar gibt es Gerüchte sie würde für
Staffel 5 zurückkehren, aber so lange nicht offiziell bestätigt ist, glaube ich an nichts.
Zumindest habe ich gerade die Graphic Novels „Shadow of the Queen“ und „Out of the Past“ gelesen
und hoffe jetzt so so sehr, dass thalia dieses Buch eine Woche vor Release versendet,
damit ich es mit in den Urlaub nehmen kann.

Ich muss sagen, ich bin eher durch Zufall über dieses Buch gestolpert und hab es danach auch schon bei einigen englischsprachigen Booktubern gesehen, welche Vorabrezensionsexemplar bekommen haben.
Die Idee gefällt mir, wobei ich mit der künstlichen Intelligenz noch so meine Probleme habe,
denn ich denke es wäre auch ohne gegangen. Dennoch spricht mich die Idee an.
Zwar schätze ich, dass Greta und Elian einen Weg finden zu überleben (es ist YA, nicht George R.R. Martin), dennoch bin ich auf den Weg dorthin und das Worldbuilding gespannt.
Vielleicht liege ich ja auch vollkommen falsch.

Nun hier war es nicht ganz blind.
Bei dem Buch handelt es sich ja um eine Hardcover-Sammlung aller Kurzgeschichten zu Selection.

Im deutschen sind diese beziehungsweise werden in zwei Teilen,
wie es ursprünglich auch im englischen geplant war, als Taschenbücher veröffentlicht.Zwar steht „Liebe oder Pflicht“ bereits in meinem Regal und es wäre günstiger gewesen „Herz oder Krone“ vorzubestellen, allerdings hat mich von „Happily Ever After“ das gebundene Format überzeugt und dass ich sowohl „The One“ als auch „The Heir“ auf englisch im Regal stehen habe.

Ich erwähnte ja bereits, dass ich Kiera Cass blind kaufe und eigentlich wollte ich mir das Buch für meine Vorschau im Januar aufheben, aber erst vor ein paar Tagen wurde das offizielle Cover vorgestellt.
Eigentlich ist „The Siren“ Kiera Cass‘ Debüt, welches sie als Self Publisherin rausgebracht hatte. Nun erscheint es überarbeitet bei Harper Teen, wie auch die Selection-Reihe. Ich bin gespannt, ob es mir gefallen wird.
Das Cover ist auf jeden Fall wieder wunderschön.

Ich habe mir die limitierte Pocket-Ausgabe von Cornelia Funkes "Hinter verzauberten Fenstern" vorbestellt und freu mich schon drauf 😀

ich muss ehrlich gestehen, dass ich Cornelia Funkes Werke so gut wie gar nicht kenne.
Werde gleich mal nachsehen. Vielleicht ist das ja sogar was für mich 🙂
